Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering the DJI Osmo Mobile 8 with Alan Photo. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your pre-order:

1. Pre-Order Period & Price

• List price: SGD$169 (incl. GST)
• Pre-orders are valid from Now. Only DJI Singapore reserves the right to terminate the promotion early.

2. Order Confirmation & Stock Allocation

• Pre-orders are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your pre-order is confirmed once we receive your deposit and confirmation email from Alan Photo.

3. Shipping & Collection

• Estimated arrival dates are based on information provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Alan Photo will notify you via email, phone call, or WhatsApp once your item is available for collection.

4. Balance Payment & Collection

• Full payment must be made upon collection at the selected Alan Photo outlet:
  • Alan Photo – Sim Lim Square (#01-38)
  • Alan Photo – Funan Mall (#03-29)
• No delivery options are available for pre-orders.

5. Cancellation & Changes Policy

• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Changes to your pre-order (e.g., model or color) are subject to availability and must be requested before the unit arrives.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Alan Photo is not liable for any delays, changes in shipment dates, or early termination of promotion by DJI Singapore.
