FAQ for Online Orders
GST refund can only be made in person with passport in the store. Do select Store pickup and proceed to the store when item is ready to be collected. We will process the GST refund when you collect your item.

Our Customer Service will get in touch with you on the wait time for restock.
All refunds will take 2-3 working days to process subject to the payment merchant policy. For product replacement, it will be subjected to stocks availability. If item is in stocks and available, exchange can be done within 2-3 working days.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or dislike of the product.
However, for defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a prompt replacement or issue a full refund.
All orders placed will not be able to cancelled or changed. Please contact online@alanphoto.com.sg for help.
In order to receive pre-order item on release dates, we would advise you to arrange for Store collection instead of delivery. Delivery will only be processed on the release date, therefore, you will only receive the item 3-4 days later.
Standard Delivery is FREE for orders above $200, For orders below $200, a delivery fee of $5 will be applicable.
*Note: Standard delivery will take between 4-6 days before you receive your items.
For Express delivery, a $20 charge will be applicable.
*Note. There will be some products that are odd-sized and special arrangements have to be made. You will be able to see the details on the product page.
Its subjected to our store operating day and timing.
If the order is placed before 3pm, we will be able to arrange for express delivery on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, it will be delivered the next day.
