Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering the Viltrox AF 14mm F4.0 Air Full-Frame Lens (FE Mount) with Alan Photo. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your pre-order:

1. Pre-Order Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of SGD100 is required to secure your pre-order.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon full payment and collection of the product.

2. Order Confirmation

• Your pre-order will only be considered confirmed once we receive the deposit and you receive a confirmation email from Alan Photo.
• Pre-orders are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Product Availability & Notification

• Estimated arrival dates are based on information provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Alan Photo will notify you via email, phone call, or WhatsApp once your item is available for collection.

4. Balance Payment & Collection

• Full payment must be made upon collection of the product at the selected Alan Photo outlet.

• All pre-ordered items must be collected from one of our physical retail outlets:

  • Alan Photo – Sim Lim Square (#01-38)

  • Alan Photo – Funan Mall (#03-29)

• No delivery or shipping options are available for pre-orders.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
• In the unlikely event that the product becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the manufacturer, Alan Photo will offer a full refund of the deposit.

6. Change of Mind

• Changes to your pre-order (e.g., model or color preferences) are subject to availability and must be requested before the arrival of your unit.
• Alan Photo reserves the right to decline changes or cancellations once the pre-order is confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Alan Photo is not liable for any delays or changes in shipment dates caused by the manufacturer or shipping partners.
