Is delivery provided for my online order?

Yes, we provide delivery to all addresses in Singapore, except for PO boxes addresses and restricted areas. (see list of the restricted areas)

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders above $200, For orders below $200, a delivery fee of $5 will be applicable.
*Note. There will be some products that are odd-sized and special arrangements have to be made. You will be able to see the details on the product page.

 

How fast is express delivery? 

Its subjected to our store operating day and timing.

If the order is placed before 3pm, we will be able to arrange for express delivery on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, it will be delivered the next day.

Do you provide delivery for international orders?

How is the order delivered?

Our orders are delivered using selected delivery partners and our own in-house team. All deliveries will be treated with the utmost care.

 

When will my order be processed?

Your orders will be processed within 3 working days during our operating hours and prepared for delivery.

 

How fast will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to deliver your orders as soon as possible. With the processing and sorting process,

the whole delivery should be completed in 3-6 working days

In the event of any delay, you will be informed via email.

 

What happens if I am not home to collect my parcel? 

A 2nd attempt to deliver will be arranged if the 1st delivery is unsuccessful.

After which, order will be sent back to our Sim Lim Store and held for 7 days for Self collection.

If delivery is required, charges will apply. If the order is not collected after 7 days,

your order will be refunded less Stripe's administrative fees and a restocking fee of $10.

You will be able to choose for your orders to be picked up at our 2 physical stores in Sim Lim Square or Funan Mall during our operating hours.

How much is Store pick up?

Store pick up is completely FREE for all orders, no minimum spend.

How long will it be before I can proceed to the store to collect?

For all Store pick up, Orders will be processed in 3 working days and you will be informed when order is ready to be picked up at the store of your choice.

What is the timing for collection?

Collection of order can be made within the store operating hours stated in above after confirmation.

How do I collect my order at the store?

Please present your confirmation email at the cashier, or approach any of our retail staff for assistance. The email confirmation can be shown on your mobile phone or a print-out. Please ensure that the name reflected in your order is correct.

Can I get someone to collect my order?

Yes, you can. Person authorized to collect the order on your behalf must have the confirmation email and Order ID as proof for collection.

What if my order is not collected.

If order is not collected within 7 days after confirmation, we will proceed to refund your order less Stripe’s administrative fees and a restocking fee of $10. You will receive an order cancellation email.
